are you stupid? you use slightly more weight than you did the last time you did that exercise. on leg and pull days you don't do any push exercises, so why would you add more than 2.5kg?

I don't understand what you're asking but here's what I do.
>add 5-10lbs on second PPL sessions of the week
>if can't complete sets, deload back to amount from first part of week
>try adding weight again on first session of the next week
So if I do push on sunday. I add weight on the push on wednesday, or the push on the following sunday if I don't progress.
