mono is easy, nobody really needs to be seeking more mono

And polyunsaturated fats are healthy and important especially the neglected omega 6s but they are rendered useless health-wise, in fact unhealthy, with the application of heat, ie, roasting the peanut. really hard to find raw peanut butter. thats why vegetable oils your fries are fried in are unhealthy but raw sunflower seeds provide amazing benefit to your hair and skin due to unheated PUFA fat intake

How is that a good source? You get 30 grams of protein for 100 calories drinking a whey proton shake. Not telling that you should drink shakes but peanut butter is fucking garbage desu.

Altho it's very tasty, which is why I still eat it. 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in warm cup of oats is just so fucking delicious god damn.
