Surprised by the lack of ambition so far. I want to be physically strong as a way of becoming mentally strong. Never doubting my decisions, impressing my male counterparts to achieve good work and friendships, finding a beautiful woman to wife and being the kind of strong father that make other women jealous of my family and how good we have it.

I'm a guy about to turn 30 who spend most of his life not trying to be strong. Sure, there were times that I kept in shape and times being gay, but never truly times being strong.
My goals are:
Full range handstand push-up (i.e. with parallel bars)
225 overhead press
Legit Goku-like one arm push-up for reps on both arms
Pull-ups for high reps
315 squat for five
405 deadlift for five
I future it is now or never, so time to get to work before I get too old.
