Don't listen to any of these faggots to do Squats and Deadlifts. If you want a firm ass that POPS like the one in the photo I would honestly stay away from squats and deads. Your quads and hammies will grow at a rate greater than your glutes like in the photo so your ass wont pop out as much. I would honestly stick with the following leg exercises or similar variations to them.

Goblet Squats (wide stance)
Cable Kickback
Walking Lunges
Elevated Reverse Lunges
Barbell Hip thrusts

last one will be your bread and butter and should be focused on before any other.

I would suggest some sort of light hamstring exercise since all of these neglect them a bit. Leg curls will do fine.

You want to keep the rep ranges above 10 for all of these for hypertrophy.

Can you explain to me how I was wrong? I had really bad lower back pain doing squats high bar when I started working out, and someone told me to try out low bar, and ever since then it straightened out my back to let me hit lower depth, and the pain has completely disappeared, I also switched on to sumo deadlifts instead of normal though

your back got stronger? your mobility improved? it could be a number of things.

ideally you are more upright during a high bar squat, so there is less load on your lumbar. a lot of people who low bar squat, especially new lifters doing ss/sl, tend to squat with their upper body at a fucking 45 degree angle and when they get close to failing a squat, they good morning the goddamn thing up--that's how you fuck your back up.

with a high bar squat, you just dump it backwards on the rack.

I do it inside my homemade power rack. I have two upright 2x10s that attach to my poles I guess on each side. That keeps the bar about an inch and a half from the ground with a 45. Then I put some wood under me (1 1/2 inch) so I'm just touching the bar to start.

Basically it makes it so it's like it's on the ground, but I don't have the room so I have to do it in my rack. I especially don't have the room for bb hip thrusts, but I'm suspecting I could probably do that in the rack too.

As long as you're holding the bar with your hands you should be able to do glute bridges anywhere I think.

Also I had to break down and buy an actual pussy pad for this, but you can probably use a hoody or something. It is not a good feeling without protection.

Yeah it worked out pretty well so the weight never touches the ground. But like I said, I basically mimicked it being on the ground with the wood under me so you should be able to do glute bridges anywhere.

Hip thrusts are the ones where I never understood how they loaded them, and with my lack of room I never tried them. But you can do way more weight with those apparently which is probably why they work better. One day I'll try them I hope.

You should be able to easily find a guide. You just need around 6 12 foot 2x6s, and a drill. The safety bars I use are iirc 1 inch black iron. They've withstood 510 pounds getting dropped on them. The lighter safety bars are shit, but they've had 285 pounds on them but they were bending like a motherfucker.

The most expensive thing is the wood, but if you can find it cheap or free, then your rack only costs as much as the safety bars. I spend under 100 bucks on it.

Oh yeah, the weight holders are plumber pipers with flanges. The most I've put on them is 365, but they withstood without any sort of give.

Basically look up a guide, and see how doable it is for you. You can make it any height, or any width. I think mine is 7 feet high, and 4 feet wide, and it's a bit bigger than any guide says.
