Increase your calories by ~500. Make your macros 45% carbs, 30% fat, 25% protein (seems low but its not).
Just remember for every gram of protein you need 2-4 grams of carbs

You mean what do I eat? I calculated my maintenance TDEE from an average of three different sites to be about 2900 cals a day (I lift 4 days a week and am a server at a busy sports bar in the middle of a city, which is why that is so high). Macros are about 240 carbs, 115g fat, 210g protein, but I'm not completely strict with that. Been doing that for about 5 months now and haven't gained a shred of BF (hovering at around 11-12% like you) but I'm continuing to make gainz because of the high carb diet.
In short calculate your TDEE, but remember everyone is different. This is just what works for me personally.
