Also been jumping rope for the past couple of months, much prefer it to running. I use an app called "Tabata Timer" to track my HIIT intervals.

Dude rope is based. Helps with yerr spine and mucho jumping is shaping up a body of literature showing it may just provide neurological stimulation you can only get from emulating our simian ancestors and repeatedly leaving the ground.
