yeah i love it. i learned a long time ago that a good routine encompasses many fields, it can be compound movements/oly lifts/isolations, lifting for 1-3 reps, lifting for 8-15 reps, doing things in good cycles and doing a lot of cleans/jerks/pushpresses gives you beautiful proportions. when you look at crossfit guys they look thick throughout, and i love that look.
