Do you guys think that tris are a big limiting factor?
My progress is slowing and I'm looking for ways to help
Been thinking about doing some tri isolation for a few weeks to see if that helps

Tbh its about core/tris/traps as your accessories.

Try slow shrugs/farmers walks
slow triceps rope pulls and sitting behind the neck raises
just work on core aswell youll see your lifts improve.

i hit 1pl8 OHP in my first 5 months.
