>be me
>want to join the army
>start weight lifting
>find out that my back's got autism
>21 degrees scoliosis
>might have changed a bit since I started going to the gym but probably not
I'm 18, 176cm (manlet) and one rep bench is 75kg, do I go full Quasimodo or try do you know keep balance?

just learn from me and my mistakes and don't do overhead press. ever.
>t. scoliobro

Scooby has scoliosis
So anything is possible.
>>40587971
this
just take roids like scoob and you can look great too
nah I do 5 reps x 3 of 60kg, 17.5 kg dumbells, and 15 x 3 chest dips, 15 x 3 14 kg one arm rows,15 x 3 5kg one arm tricep extensions, 12.5 kg x 3 dumbell shoulder press, 10 x 3 bicep curl, 10 x 3 supermans and a 2 minute plank. also my arm length is longer than my height
>>40587906
have you ever sustained a lower body injury? Knee, broken leg or multiple rolled ankles for example?
>>40588000
see I don't want aesthetic I want strength and the ability to do shit essentially, although aesthetic is second
>>40588008
Where's your leg shit man?
>>40588016
I got my scoliosis from carrying a a canoe and everyone but me dropped it and I absorbed the full force into my back
>>40588032
That's not how that shit works, mate
>>40588029
used to do running, occasionally do squat dead lift and due to gym being a shit college gym that's open for 1 hour at a time I might do some stuff on the leg machine due to retards spending 39 mins benching also I do walk around a bit
>>40588032
Man I also caught scoliosis from a canoeing related incident, switched to kayaking and never looked back
>>40588040
I mean I probably had it before then but it wasn't so prominent or painful
>>40588073
I mean I got mine from cunts dropping it but not from actually doing it but twisting sets the scoliosis off and makes it uncomfortable, see I wanna join the army but I'm completely ready to accept it being too fucked I'm just wondering whether to try and keep athletic with a mix of weight lifting and cardio or just weights and make it full Hunchback of Notre Dam
>>40588058
You're turning into a curlbro
Don't turn into a curlbro
>>40588125
don't worry its temporary measures to build up muscle
>>40588113
I understand I was just messing with you man. I would avoid going for hunchback mode as you're so young and still have a lot of life left to live. Develop your core muscles to help balance it out, keep good posture, be very careful with deadlifts and OHP, sleep on your back. Stretching can help over time as well, may be worth looking into. Hope it works out for you.
>>40588222
I do stretches, I do OHP with single dumbells to even out the efforts but yeah I'll see how it goe because I hate cardio and IRL peeps are said I should go hunchback because it'll make girls moist
>>40587945
What happened when you did ohp
Right now
>look in mirror
>left shoulder higher than right
>left nipple higher too
>entire torso follows pattern
Tfw have scoliosis
I guess I'll make a DR. Appointment
