Is there any decent workout program for getting good abs.
Before anyone starts saying that you need to have low bf to see them, I know.
All I have are weights, bench and a pullup bar.

I found decline weighted sit-ups, weights hanging leg lifts, dragon flags with ankle weights, and weighted planks and weighted side planks to be helpful.

Abs ate really dense so you should work them 4 or 5 times a week. Here's my ab routine.
4x15 Decline Sit Ups
4x15 Ab Crunch Machine
3x10 Spellcasters (60,80,110)
Do this every other day. It should take less than 20 mins.
