How much did you guys grow after your 18? Im 180 cm at the moment

I stopped growing at 20. Went from ~178 (not sure of the exact number because I measured myself at 17) to 183cm between ages 18 and 20.

I hit 186 when I was 17 and haven't grown since.

I hit 6'0 when I was like 17 then I stopped growing taller but I became wider somehow, my shoulders and ribcage are now larger and heavier

If you are so insecure about your height, just pay for surgery and get 5 inches extra, its like 6 months in a wheelchair

But consider your frame first, unless your head and torso are kinda large for your height your proportions will look bizarre
