I currently wake up at 7 am sharp, go to college, be in the gym by 5 pm, workout, then go home and do whatever until I sleep at 11 pm-12 am.

I've heard it said that shit like testosterone is highest in the morning, but I don't buy it. I've tried running or lifting in the morning and that shit just does not work for me and I'll feel really weak. If I work out post noon, I perform SO MUCH better.
OP, what I'm saying is everyone has a general time of day where they're most effective, and you need to determine that time for yourself.

i love working in the morning when i'm fresh. working out after uni/job felt very tiring for me personally.
Morning makes me feel great for the rest of the day, blood is flowing, feel very relaxed.

Except you have to carb fuse your preworkout. But the slutty cardio bunnies there make it worth.
i prefer mornings simply because the gym is not that full. I hate working out in a full gym. However, i will sometimes work out in the evening just to see what kind of people are there. If i see a very qt girl i'll take a mental note of what time it is and workout at that time, on that day, for a couple of weeks to see if she routinely comes around that time.
anyway the only thing about mornings is that i've heard your blood flow is a bit fuckt up, since you've been lying still for like 8 hours so it's very importan to get the blood puming and flowing again. I usually just jump around a bit in the morning with my rope for about like 3-5 minutes (my neighbors loves me) and do some light stretchng. Then about 10 minutes on the mill when i get to the gym where i do some light jogging and shake my arms around a bt and stuff.
eat a lot of fruits and berries in the morning too
6 hours after waking up is optimal
