Starting to get some definition I guess. 5'7, 162 lbs. I think the picture looks way worse than what I see in the mirror though.
Also noticed my neck looks tiny form the back, so gotta start working on that.

I've never done shrugs, just deadlifts pretty much.
But my shoulders are retracted a bit, so my traps look a bit bigger than they usually do.
