Hi /fit/ I've lost 20 pounds or so from August of 2016-November/December of 2016. But every since then, I haven't been able to lose those last 15-20 pounds. No matter what I eat, how much I run, lift, or sleep, I can't seem to lose those last 15-20 pounds. I'm 18, 5'7, Male, I used to weigh 210, I weigh 185-188, give or take a few.
Look at what you eat
Simply looking at false advertisement buzzwords such as low fat doesn't mean it's healthy.
eat less or clean or start lifting. you plateau'd
Eat less calories than you need while lifting so you burn any fat reserves. As long as you continue lifting you won't gain back the weight

Eat 1kg of no-sugar low-fat quark per day and nothing else. About 600kcal, that's what I do.
>t. losing 2kg per week
Do you count calories?

>5'7
>185lb
You're still eating too much, fatty.
165 is still too heavy for someone who is 5'7. If you don't have any muscle you should be like 145.
