I've got the same body. Been cutting. Chest slimming down with legs like you said. Do you have lower back fat too? I'm starting to notice that dwindling, and I expect the love handles to go with that.
I'm pushing my back harder than most. Always heals faster. Read somewhere that the rest of the body will follow a strong back. Figure it'd prevent injury as well.
