Why do faggy bodysplits like PPL instead of proven, effective programs?
These results took me less than 4 months*. Stop being meme'd by bullshit aesthetic programs that only work if youre on PEDs or a fucking manlet
*I did fuck around in the gym for years but never got anywhere, ie sub 2 plate squat as an example

My stats are better after a year of lifting on largely ppl. I'm only 15 pounds off of ohp'ing your max pendlay row.
I don't understand if people don't think you can increase the weight on ppl or what. If you put in the work, any program is going to work.
ppl is alright if you aren't a retard who's always doing the same weight and reps every week, basically "pump training" with no regards to progression

I strength train as well. A mix of powerlifting and strongman.
However, I'm not so arrogant to think there's anything wrong with bodybuilding. In fact, I do a lot of isolation work in my program.
People can do whatever they want, worry about yourself. And congrats on the nice progress
