I've been trying to gain weight so I've been inhaling these builder bars for the past six months.. on average two a day, preferably before or after work out. I eat them because I can't find any other bar that matches its calorie and protein content. Am I screwing myself at all?

they have some vitamins and 20g protein, they do have the sugar of a hersheys bar though.

Have you even looked for other bars? Quest bars, combat bars, met-rx. Most have less sugar.

Not op, but all the fiber in Quest bars makes me so fucking bloated that I can't shit properly without feeling like I'm giving birth out of my asshole. But they do taste amazing, I'd recommend them if they don't upset your stomach.
