I had the program when i was a teenager. It wont get you jacked but if you follow the workout and diet plan you will certainly lose weight. The workouts are very fast pace and mainly cardio based.

It's legit but even the commercial wouldn't tell you that was only one round - more likely 3 or 4, with an excellent diet of course.
