Here's my daily diet, is this healthy to eat pretty much every day?

Oats, chia seeds, whole milk
>Delicious Healthy Smoothie 2
A combination of all the local produce currently in season, current variation includes: kale, spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, onion, tomato, beets, chard, and avocado
I make cheesy broccoli rice all the time. Delicious. Otherwise I'll get chipotle, which is hit or miss sometimes because the beaners can't cook consistently.

Breakfast -
Small bowl of greek yogurt with a big handful of blueberries
Couple big slices of a wholegrain loaf with a big drizzle of olive oil on each.
Couple stalks of celery
Lunch -
Couple sandwhiches:
Wholegrain bread, olive oil, spread half an avocado on em, couple thin slices of ham from the butchers, big dollop of cottage cheese on top and spread. Fucking yummy. Handful of cherry tomatoes, some olives and some more celery because fuck yeah celery.
Dinner -
Omlette:
Big load of chopped veg (broccoli, celery lol, tomatoes, kale) fried up in a pan with some olive oil and a few cloves of garlic.
Throw in some tinned chickpeas and fry them up a big
Dump in 3 whisked eggs, let it set a little then throw a handful of crumbled feta cheese onto it.
Serve it with a few slices of wholegrain bread, a big drizzle of olive oil and a big glass of red wine.
If I get hungry in the day I'll have some almonds or cashew nuts.

I cook 2 chicken breast, brown rice , kidney beans, peppers, spinach, pineapple, split into 3 meals and make breakfast the largest portion and dinner the smallest.
In between those meals i eat a can of tuna and spinach for one meal and a half bowl of oatmeal with a banana nuts and honey for the other.

probably a quest bar
probably a scoop or two of protein
200g serving of meat with veggies and butter
some oatmeal if it's a lifting day
Quest Bars aren't all that terrible. The double chocolate flavor almost tastes like a candy bar.
