Alright, anon, I could call you retarded, BUT - there are 3 types of oats. Steel-cut, rolled, and quick. Quick is the one that gets shit on, steel-cut and rolled are the preferred. Personally, I eat both. So when you say "organic whole grain oats", it could either be rolled or steel-cut. You're still retarded tho.
