Get antifungal lotion and antibacterial lotion from walgreens. Rub that shit on there. Pay special attention to it in the shower. Get it clean and keep it covered so it doesnt seep into your shirt. Maybe a fungal infection. Also wear clean clothes. If it doesn't go away within a week, maybe go see a dermatologist.
