Currently doing IF and trying to cut.
I usualy stop eating at 8 pm and start at midday (12 pm)
Today ive ran like 10 km at 7 am as part of some charity run on nothing but black coffee and dank water afterwards,
Should i break the fast or keep it empty on nothing but water/green tea till its 12 pm?

I would say hold the fast.
Having breakfast now and again is no big deal, so it's not about holding the fast because you're going to ruin everything otherwise.
It's about getting used to functionning on an empty stomach, breaking through the mental wall.
Just make sure you eat enough after breaking fast. IF is not supposed to be caloric restriction, even if a lot of people misunderstand it that way.

Inside the 8 hour period im stuffing myself with food, all in my caloric limitation, so im eating at a the caloric deficit required.

So are you saying you should not be doing IF on a cut? It's what I am doing and seems to be working well.
