I don'tr know what the hell you're doing in the gym but your progress is insanely slow.. I'm 6 months in and have almost the exact same stats/body as you but with a 4 plate DL and almost 2 plate bench

you literally have no visible muscle mass, you look really flabby at 180 and yeah you should cut and actually gain some muscle mass before saying anything.
