Is it to be this sore after a workout?

I'm a dyel that started freeweights literally yesterday and im still stiff as hell, should I continue and go back tomorrow morning as planned or wait until monday?

following the 5x5 stronglifts, weak as fuck and over exerted myself, I think

stats: 5'11 165lb BMI of 23

if its actual PAIN, like actual pain then maybe you over did it, but chances are your body just isn't used to being worked like that if it was your first workout ever
