it can probably do the sauces too, very good, been using it for a rough estimates for close to a decade.

It helped me make my own google spreadsheet pivot table with the percentages of the 50 normal foods I eat, then it's just another sheet to track the daily amounts of stuff you ate. Highly recommend for cuts.
