Started lifting 3.5 months ago and my bench and OHP arent keeping up with my other lifts.
DL 1x5 - 130 > 295
Row 5x5 65 > 145
Squat 3x5 95 > 225
OHP 5x5 cant do bar > 80
Bench 5x5 65 > 135
Help I row more than I bench

My bench is improving now because I'm tightening my form. I always thought "Lol, it's just bench. Fucking push up"

To my understanding SL is just the main lifts of SS. I'd recommend SL + Chins/dips + more upper body accessories. If you're stalling at 80lb OHP probably need a form check.

Don't give up anon. Everyone had to start somewhere, just make sure that your form is correct and that you are eating enough calories, especially protein
