>forgot to eat the entire day
>hit the weights
>could only lift for 1 hour and was already exhausted
What the fuck, bros? Should I eat my meat and then go lift for another hour?
Will lifting for only 1 hour a day diminish my gains?

Workouts shouldn't go for too long anyways, otherwise you start seeing higher spikes in cortisol which is damaging to your testosterone.
Try to get your times down to 45 minutes

Is that right?
Not OP, but it might explain why I've seen a majorly diminished energy in the gym since I've added a bunch of accessories to my routine
>>40563806
I noticed the same thing, then when I shortened my workouts I noticed increased gains and energy.
>>40563779
Is this true?
There are times when I go 1h45m with my lifting.
>>40563779
When I go to the gym I'm usually there for 1 hour 30 minutes.
An hour of lifting and about 30 minutes of cardio
granted I take rests between sets that may be a couple minutes long.
>>40564086
You take more than a minute between sets?
I don't think that's good, I always take 1 minute.
>>40564103
Only if it's a particularly heavy set I have to psyche myself up otherwise I time it on my wrist watch.

Had the same thing happen to me today
>in a hurry to go back to class at noon, forgot to unfreeze chicken breast the night before
>half ass the cooking, chicken is bland, dry and unseasoned but protein so who cares
>end up eating half a pound of bland chicken breast and a quarter pound of pasta because running late
>hit the gym 5 hours later, feeling weak and tired as fuck even before working out
>do bench,dips,triceps extensions,already exhausted
>leave
That'll teach me i guess
