Anyone on here train their grip strength? Seems to be one of the more over looked strengths...
"A strong man without a grip, ain't gonna make it far"~Magnus Samuelsson.
Buy fat gripz, use it on any pulling exercises
do wrist curls at the end of your routine
Bought coc grippers, went at it and almost closed #2.5 but stopped doing it, should get back into it, it helped a lot with lifts

OP here, I can close a #3 with my right hand from a deep set, I still can't credit card set close it. I can rep a #2 15 times with my right hand and 5 reps with my left.
I started doing judo and now my grip is strongth.
Would recommend.

I do those roll up exercises and squeeze a grip trainer thing when I'm driving. I squeeze to the beat of whatever song I'm listening to so I don't have to count reps. Anyone have any other exercises I could do to improve endurance for rock climbing?
do heavy pulling exercises and rock climbing
I can rack pull above the knee with 635 with mix grip raw and hold it for around 5 seconds.
i always finish with farmers walks with 100 lbs in each hand for 100m laps.
