I have middle of the night insomnia so it could be worse I guess :^(

Same here anon, it's so fucked.

I tried taking 4mg melatonin and 500mg valerian root, but I wake up the next day groggy as hell.

Have had it for about 3 months now. Tried to turning to liqour but that just made thiings worse. Have a psychiatrist app this week. Hoping to get an ambien script to finally get my sleeping schedual back on track.
