His ICF routine is decent for beginners looking for a SS/SL style routine with a little more volume.
His "Secret To Gaining Muscle Mass Rapidly" video should be required viewing for anyone starting out.
But to be fair, it's all just info he's garnered from elsewhere - not a problem in itself because most knowledge is simply shared, I'm not suggesting we should all be doing primary research and not taking on anything from anyone else.
I don't look at his other videos, but saw one recently where he's talking about something quite normal fitness related, but loading magazines with bullets while doing so. A little odd and distracting.
