It's actually disgusting that people can think like this. Ever since I started exercising regularly I feel so much more alive, the though of going back to my old slob ways makes me sick.

It reminds me of a beautiful saying I heard once (can't remember the source unfortunately), that "work will set you free". And it's true, I've never felt free-er in my life.
