Why does no one on here talk about it? Everyone usually talks about keto or IF but I have found keto to very hard to cut past 10% with, and I've seen a lot of pro's using carb cycling as of recently. Can anyone shed some light on if it is legit?

Carb cycling is good for putting on mass as long as you get the carbs from clean foods. Also, it is EXTREMELY hard to get down past 10% body fat and have a lot of muscle mass. It takes time. Focus on building your muscle and then in 5 years, go for a nice cut where your muscles will be much more defined.

Also, pros use steroids so what they do shouldn't be repeated unless you're /fraud/.
