Difference between whey protein and protein isolate?
Does it affect your gains any differently or is it just that isolate is more dietary/more dense?

isolate is a more pure form of protein than concentrate. Concentrate has more carbs and calories.

Isolate is lonelier protein, good for small gains on neglected parts.
Concentrate is protein good for getting studying done.

Would you suggest Isolate then?
My diet maxes carbs normally, so adding more with normal whey protein might be a bad idea (if i can minimize it by getting isolate)

Isolate is more expensive plus you get more protein out of every scoop.
However, concentrate is cheaper and had been shown to have health benefits.

No you don't because half of it gets lost as foam after you mix it.
What is hydrolysed whey?
>>40558134
Even more purified than isolate. Higher protein content, almost zero carbs.
Downside is its expensive and tends to taste really bitter unless its loaded with added flavouring.

ayy lmao

Makros are different, amino profile is slightly different.
since you posted an mp product image.
if you order from myprotein quality basically goes like this:
ISO:PRO
Native Whey 95
Whey Isolate
Diet Whey
Impact Whey
You pay a lot extra for every gram of protein per 100g whey.
but they are all good Whey Proteins. i would get neutral impact or isolate and just add taste with flavdrops.
the other ones have only minor differences but cost too much more.

difference between the bros on /fit/ and the bros on /r9k/?
Isolate is more pure protein, better for cutting than bulking, also supposedly better if you are lactose intolerant.
