Are there any studies comparing recomp vs bulk/cut? Broscience obviously says the latter is superior, but I want some hard data.
Recomp is superior?

recomp is healthier and lets you "look good" year round but bulk/cut gives faster results and is definitely better for beginners and AAS users

imo cutting is hell so I like recomp and being able to look fly year round
What if I'm overweight, 6'0, 206 lbs, maybe 25% BF, and I want to lose weight and look better. Would it be better to just cardio/eat better down to my goal weight and then start lifting, or should I cardio/eat well/lift all together?
