Hey guys,

So I'm on 500mg since 17 days, so my blood levels should be arround 1350mg.

I usually take 2x250mg of scorpions dnp after lunch arround 12:30, and it's going great so far, but today I forgot to take my dnp pills with my to work and won't return home till 20:00 PM.

What do now? Skip a dose till tomorrow and add a day to my 21 day cycle?

I don't want to take it in the evening..

Can anyone tell me what my blood levels are when skipping a dose? I'm to retarded to do the math. According to a chart my blood levels drop to like 850mg after skipping one dose...

There is no reason anyone should ever go on DNP. Holy fuck, if you have the will to go to the gym 5 days a week, you have the will to go on a 500 calorie deficit cut.

No one who has taken DNP 250mg + on a regular cycle has ever lived past 50.
