What do you think is better, having a high TDEE or a low TDEE?
High TDEE

Definitely low. I'm 6'4 and maintain on like 3000 kcals a day, shit is fucking expensive compared to tiny girls living on 1200.
Sure, I can eat more shit food daily, but it takes more to fill me up too so it works out in the end.
I have a high TDEE, and find myself forcing down food to hit my goals. Shit isn't fun, but I can't imagine having to starve myself to not get fat..
