Anybody got thoughts about benching twice a week? Because I take weekends off (due to gym hours being awkward on weekends) I only bench twice a week. And all i added was on the 4th day (depending on the hardness of thee weak) id do box squats up to 90% 4x2 or 4x3 pause squat at weak point 70-75%

Its not adding a lot but the extra volume should help

So I've been trying to figure out how to work the bottom of my squat, and came across this machine at the gym. I set it so that I'm ATG then push up, simulating a squat pin press. Not even spewing memes, the best program is the one you can stick to while making progress. Same as diet.

However, there are specific needs for those areas. Off the top of my head:
Beginner lifters need to learn basic non-snapping technique, build motor patterns, and take advantage of "noob gains".
Intermediate lifters need to build muscle, refine technique, learn the concept of stress-adaptation-recovery, and learn what kinds of programming they like/need.
Advanced lifters need to take advantage of their already-built muscle, peak their strength, and perfect technique.

So your needs dictate what the best programming goals are for you.

Squat: 180kg x 1
Deadlift: 150kg x 5
Bench: haven't done it in almost a year but can still hit well over 2 plate
OHP: 65kg x 5

So I'm not strong, my deadlift is awful. However I have always wanted a 225 OHP. I'm happy with my squat and bench. I'd like to get a high OHP and get aesthetic, so this is possibly the wrong thread to post in so feel free to tell me to fuck off.

It's tough because I don't know where the fuck to turn to for a decent OHP program.

Where you that dude in the deadlift thread yesterday? If you run the beginner one, you repeat week 2 ad infinitum until you crash and burn. With all the other ones, you run the program, and either take a deload week every cycle or every other cycle. The instructions on how to progress are literally written on the excel sheets. Make sure you eat and sleep enough.

Started benching and squatting 3 times a week and my lifts are going up really nicely, i am not even bulking.

Finnaly broke a life long stalemate of 110kg bench, and hit 120kg after only been training bench 3 times a week for last 3 months whilst eating at maintenance. I tried bulking on 5/3/1 before gained loads of weight but my bench stayed the same, now i have upped the frequency its great.

Is frequency the secret to gains?
