For those on keto, how is it going for you?
I've been thinking of getting on it and have some questions:
How long will it take to lose 5% body fat on keto (I'm at 17% would like to drop to 12%)?
How long will it take for the body to switch out to fat from carbs as the energy source?
Will I lose muscle mass on this/will I be able to still make gainz?
To my understanding you only count the net carbs so fiber would not be in the final count, correct? kthx.

nobody can predict your weight loss because everybodys body different. but probably 2-3 months

most likely since this is your first time doing keto and you'll probably have no energy. just lift heavy and hope for the best

is energy the issue? ive read that the people that get the keto flu or w/e is becuase they are not getting enough sodium, potassium, and magnisium for their electrolytes.

yeah energy can be an issue but it varies per person. some ppl feel better without carbs. some ppl feel like shit and need carb refeed days
