Well here's the thing, it's all about where you started.

125lbs is some serious auschwitz tier weight (similar to mine) but you have still long way to go at 160lbs.

You will probably be ~12% bodyfat at 145-150lbs. That is close to a solid 25-30lbs increase in lean muscle mass considering you will be lower bodyfat than what you were when you started at 125lbs.

So yeah I'd say your progress in very much OK but big is still very relative thing. You wear probably medium shirts and normies get mostly impressed by shirtless low bodyfat physique regardless of muscle mass.

Yeah. I'm a bit perplexed by it too. I was at most 130 (though I believe it was 125) at the time the pictures on the right were taken and am around 150 now. So it's a minimum of around 20 pounds.

I've definitely gotten bigger. My old pants no longer fit and I had to switch to boxers for a while because my balls were constantly being squished by my underwears.

The only area I've seen real noticeable improvement is my back, but I don't know how to take pictures of that.

Just checked my medical records from the approximate time the before pictures were taken and they showed a weight of 130 lbs, and that's with clothes and shoes on. The lowest I've weighed recently is 147.2 in boxers while super dehydrated.

So the most conservative number is over 17 lbs, but likely closer to 20 or 25.

Umm, it depends on what you think you're aspiring towards. From the picture I would think that you're going for a more athletic build and I can't tell from your current stature whether that would suite you more than a bigger type. For instance, my body type suits more classic physique in IFBB. So for me, I copied Jeremy Buendia's workout schedule and threw in his trainer's ideology into my workouts.

Try to look for someone to attain to, from that you'll see how your body develops. A lot of bodybuilding in the pros is about hiding your weaknesses, like David Wolf and his lack of lower lats. Or Phil Heath and his legs/small chest. A lot of these people posts on social media their workout routines alongside bodybuilder.com.

As for workout, you should focus on just putting on some mass through full body workouts. Figure out how your muscles grow and see what type of natural shape you develop. From that, you figure out what type of bodyparts you mold/work out more to achieve what you want.

TLDR: Bulk and see what your figure takes, from there figure out what parts you want to increase compared to those that increase on their own. Right now, you could just use mass and it's hard to figure out what type of body you have.
