Hey fit, im a bit new to weightlifting, i started training a month and a half ago with a personal trainer, 3 times a week..

about 2 weeks ago, there was a sudden weakness in my left arm, from that day, i cant barely lift with that arm. my right arm and legs are perfectly fine, and after a week of rest, it is still weak. there is no pain or anything.

Do you guys have any ideas? do i need to go see a doctor?

Yeah go see a doctor. If it was your right arm np but it's your left arm. This could indicate heart problems.

I had something similar. It waswas a herniated disc in mymy c spine impinging a nerve. Go to spinal ortho asap. Good luck.
