Is it possible to have a good work out in one hour? I like going to the gym but I am time limited.
I enter the gym, workout and leave. When I am leaving though.. I see people that got there before me and are still going when I leave!
This makes me feel like a slacker. How long should a routine be?

don't worry about everyone else. They're there longer because they play on their phones the whole goddamn time.
My sessions would be over in like 15 mins if I wasn't a wimp and didn't need 3 mins rest per set
Yeah sure its enough one hour is better than 0 hours and when you're doing SS its definitely enough for that there mate

Yes 1 hour is actually a very adequate amount of time.
1 hour every other day is fine if you're not commited to making any progress.
Your only chance is if those three hours are 90% intensity the entire time, otherwise you're kidding yourself.
