About 9 months ago I lost the will to keep going to the gym because I was put onto shift work working retarded hours. On my days off, I made excuses and stopped going to the gym.

I ended up eating nothing but home delivery pizzas for months. I never want to see another fucking pizza again unless I have literally nothing to eat in the house.

I actually ended up just making a sandwich from onions sauteed in various spices and olive oil with a slice of cheese before I went to the Pizza place because regular shops were closed.

A lack of will, to be honest. I am, at my core, a very lazy person. I enjoy going to the gym, but at the time I was going, I was getting huge DOMS while having to work anywhere from 4am in the morning up until close, it was all very sudden to me, and I stopped going to the gym.
