for your over all gains, or if you're on a cut? No. There's zero calories in that can, and then of course you can get into the whole debate about how the standard way we measure calories is a bit skewed, but it's nothing that will meaningfully effect you.

However, there is definetly a lot of shit that were never meant to be in the human body in that can. If you wanna be the optimal, healthiest vesion of yourself i'd cut it completly out or only drink it in weekends or whatever.

i drink 8 liters of this a day. im notmexaggerating. been drinking i for 5 years slowly increasing about a liter/day per year. i dont kňow ehat the fuck it does to me cause i cant stop. if i cant get it i get in a bad mood.
