Limbaugh knows that all his fans are fat, lazy and uneducated flyover trash who need their tendies and coke to distract them from how pitiful their lives are. This is just pandering to those sad sacks.
If he were at all sincere about this, Limbaugh would be calling out the fat acceptance movement as the irl reductio ad absurdum of the left's tolerance fetishism that it is.
