Rest, ice more rest. Unfortunately you're situation is pretty fucking shitty and could take anywhere from a week to months to get better. When I first started front levers I got the most terrible pain in my elbow so I dialed back volume and rested. I'd advise you do the same.

Which movement causes the most pain? For me it was powercleans and front squats. I stopped doing them and the pain went away completely in about a month.

Probably bicep curls, although I somehow think triceps rope pulldowns were involved.

Ya i would do like 50-100 full ROM band curls and band pushdowns as your only arm exercises for a while and then once u dont have pain anymore use them as a warmup for other stuff where you put load on your elbow. Alphadestiny has a good video about it. It worked for me personally and i used to be reeeeeeally bad. Good luck
