How do you make yourself go to the gym at least 4 or 5 days a week ?

There was a time where I couldn't even make myself go one day a week. I'd pick any excuse. Here's the best advice I can give:
>go to the gym
>don't strain yourself, you can just walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes and leave
>just keep going 5 days a week
>eventually, work your way over to the weights
>do a couple of light sets
It's not about running in and immediately squatting 4pl8 it's about building the habit. I have some social anxiety, so it took me a while, but now I've been going for about half a year no problems all because it's a habit now.

For me I just bought a home gym. For real, I think everyone should have a home gym. I didn't have to get over social anxiety, and seeing as it's literally in my garage I can go in there whenever I want and its fine. I can work out at any time I feel best to do it without worrying about other shit. It's seriously cash.

Get depressed in life to the point where even if you don't want to do it and have no desire or motivation to improve, you still go because you have nothing else better in life to do.

It took 4 attempts over the course of 6 years but I've been working out now for 7 months and probably won't be stopping any time soon. Still hate myself though
