Any medfags here who can help me out? I know scabies is supposed to itch like crazy, but mine don't itch, not one bit, yet I have the weird skin bump lines which are supposed to indicate that the parasites are burrowing in my skin or some shit. Any help here from people who are experienced in this field/have experienced scabies before? Is it something completely unrelated or what? Feel free to ask questions
How long have they been there?
What were you doing the day you first noticed them, and the day before?
Anything new added to your diet, day, supplements, or anything changed in your life recently?

A couple of months for sure, I had some weird eczema on my palms before they appeared, didn't itch either, it was just dryness on my palms, then the weird spots started appearing on my wrist and kinda spreaded down my arm, no other symptoms though so I find it odd that others have said it's scabies.
I've battled eczema most of my life and when I it starts to develop on my skin it starts out as little bumps sorta like those OP.
The fact that they don't itch tells me it's probably not eczema though. And I don't think they're big/red enough to be scabbies.

Molluscum Contagiosum or Keratosis Pilaris assuming you have no pain, itch, and so on. I'd go see a doctor, but I don't think it's serious.
But go see a doctor, stop posting here.

I don't really remember the first day I noticed them, it was a couple of months ago, though. I've been drinking a lot of milk for like, 7 months now, dunno if that's contributed to the problem. I started taking fish oil and vitamin d about 4 months ago too.

Alright thanks for sharing your experience. From my observations, it's likely just eczema that's spreading down my wrist from my palms, really no other explanation at this point.

Yeah, I reckoned Keratosis Pilaris is the most likely diagnosis. I'll be seeing a doc on Saturday, just decided to post here to see if anyone else has had similar experiences, thanks.

You sure fucking do. Do you have them in between your fingers or around your nails too? That's the last thing you're missing

I don't think I've seen non-red and non-itching scabies before. But it could be still, it certainly looks similar.
Definitely need to see a doctor either way.

Nope, just a bit on my wrists.
med fag - definitely not scabies
not really sure what it is, but a doctor will most likely just give you steroid cream and see if it helps

definitely not molluscum, would have an umbilicated little dip in the middle
keratosis pilaris - eh maybe
when it comes to dermatology problems you basically have 2 choices - 1. immune system not doing enough -> proceed to antibiotics or antifungals. Or 2. immune system doing too much ->proceed to steroid cream to blunt the immunologic reaction
in your case it doesnt look bacterial or fungal so you will likely get some hydrocortizone cream or whatever the doctors favorite flavor of steroid is
do the dry erase marker test
