sheiko worked nicely for my deadlift, nothing on my bench (needed higher volume, more high RPE sets, and more bbing work than the intermediate over 80 provided), and nothing on my squat (nothing will ever improve my squat, total squatlet GDE put a bullet in me please)

My favorite assistance exercise for squats and diddys. Even if you only have a bar you can do a lot of variation: regular, starting from the bottom off the safties, wide stance, seated, power, zercher, etc. Just dont max it out and ur golden
