I usually make myself a cup of tea of coffee when I'm hungry, because 1) it gives me something to do for a few minutes, 2) it has basically zero calories, and 3) I don't feel hungry when I'm drinking.

I don't have any food at home. I buy whatever I want to eat for this day everyday. I also only eat within a three hour period on the evening to fill myself.

I never did a cycle longer then 21 days, 7 weeks are the timeframes that give you cateracts at the end... allways wondered how people fuck up on DNP since its literally simple as fuck.

I never get hungry while I'm at work so i have dinner soon after i get home and so i don't go to bed hungry i have some Greek yogurt.

I replaced sugar in the stuff I bake (and oats) with applesauce I made.

Instead of using regular cheese I am eating fresh Parmesan & yogurt cheese.

I have stopped buying bread type products from the store so if I want something like that I have to make it from scratch.

I stopped drinking alcohol entirely. I drink a lot of black coffee, sparkling tea & soda+bitters+lime

Alcohol was the thing stopping me from getting my weight goals. I am consistently losing weight every week.

88kg(194lbs) -> 75kg(164lbs) since NYE

It's not that bad, the only thing different is I no longer have the energy to go to bed at 2 AM daily. I feel tired at about 10.
