I've made a version with the almond flower/cheese crust.

It was fucking delicious, but idk if worth the time for me. I actually prefer just plain ol meat and vegetables, but that's me.

Pic of yours looks pretty good. How was it?

I just like frying mozzarella in a pan. I tried OPs version and the cauliflower crust one, but they didn't turn out.

What if you just flattened out chicken breasts and used that as the crust?

I have used large mushrooms and made mini-pizzas with them using the large mushroom as the crust. It's pretty tasty.
